Children's Classes

Classes Offered: KARATE

Our children's classes are geared toward students ages 4 to 6 years old. They cover fundamental martial arts techniques from Karate, Judo, Jiu-jitsu, and Kickboxing. Classes follow a general 15 minutes of exercise and mobility training, followed by 15 minutes of martial arts training.

Junior Classes

Classes Offered: KARATE / MMA / BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Our Junior classes focus on students from 6 years up to 9 years old. These classes start students on fundamental and intermediate skills in Karate, Judo, Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Self Defense, and Weapons Training. Students in this class will learn in a fun and excited environment, while they are taught age appropriate techniques and drills. These classes follow a 15 minute warm up and exercise portion, followed by 45 minutes of martial arts training.

Preteen / Teen Classes

Classes Offered: KARATE / MMA / BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Like our Junior classes, our Preteen and Teen classes (Advanced Juniors) teach students techniques based on Karate, Judo, Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Self Defense, and Weapons Training. Students in this class will learn the same material as our adult students; only presented at a slower more understandable pace. These classes follow a 15 minute warm up and exercise portion, followed by 45 minutes of martial arts training.

Adult Classes

Our Adult classes teach students techniques based on Karate, Judo, Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Self Defense, and Weapons Training. Students in this class will learn all the material we teach as they progress towards the rank of black belt. These classes follow a 15 minute warm up and exercise portion, followed by 45 minutes of martial arts training.

US TAI KARATE

US TAI Karate is a unique and comprehensive martial arts system that blends traditional techniques with modern self-defense strategies. Developed by Grand Master David German, it emphasizes adaptability, allowing each student to personalize their training based on individual needs, body types, and learning styles. The curriculum draws from a wide range of martial arts disciplines, making practitioners versatile and well-rounded. FRONTLINE JIU-JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground-based martial art and self-defense system that emphasizes technique, leverage, and strategy over brute strength. Originating in Brazil in the early 20th century, BJJ was developed by the Gracie family after learning traditional Japanese Judo and Jujutsu from Mitsuyo Maeda. The Gracies adapted these techniques to create a system that allows smaller individuals to control and submit larger opponents using joint locks, chokeholds, and positional dominance. BJJ focuses on grappling and ground fighting, with practitioners learning to escape bad positions, gain control, and apply submissions. It is practiced both with a gi (uniform) and without (no-gi), and is widely recognized for its effectiveness in real-world self-defense and mixed martial arts (MMA).

Roufusport emphasizes technical precision, physical conditioning, and personal development, offering a structured yet adaptable curriculum that includes striking, grappling, self-defense, and competition preparation.
